DIAGNOSTINĖS PROGRAMINĖS ĮRANGOS IDC4 TRUCK 32 ATNAUJINIMAS
Once again the new IDC4 TRUCK 32 update offers its customers a large number of diagnostic developments connected to the world of industrial vehicles, light duty vehicles and buses. It is yet another significant expansion of the already extraordinary TEXA diagnostic coverage: a progressive growth that ensures the availability of an exceptional and state-of-the art instrumentation, that puts all mechanics in the position to work quickly and professionally on today's vehicles. Among the new features within this release we would like to highlight the addition of the new TGS3s function that allows you to carry out a total scan of the control units and, we would also like to point out the introduction of the new DASHBOARD function additions.
Here are just a few of the most important diagnostic functions of the IDC4 TRUCK 32 software, dedicated to the most important brands in the industry:
Complete diagnosis of the Wabco ELC suspensions system has been developed.
For the model Canter TF, the new version of the EDC17 injection system, the HVAC system and the SRS airbag system have all been developed.
The following systems for the models IVECO Stralis EU6 and Eurocargo EU6 have been developed: ECM EU6, EDC17CV41, Wabco ABS D/E, IBC3 Cabin Modul, Instrument Panel.
For the Sprinter 906 M.Y.2013 the following systems have been developed: DELPHI CDR3 injection system, the SCR ADBlue module, the Actros MPIII suspensions, the Bosch EDC17 engine management system for OM642 engines.
The diagnostic coverage has been extended for the LF EURO 6 , in particular: Wabco ECAS 4 suspension system, ZF-AS Tronic Lite automatic transmission, DAF ECS DC6 injection system, BBM body builder module, VIC3 engine control, and tachograph. The new XF EURO 6 injection system has also been developed.
For the model Transit Custom the following systems have been developed: 2.2 DuraTorq TDCi injection , ABS, Airbag, ESP, and steering angle management.
TRAILERS AND SEMI-TRAILERS
EBS HALDEX EB+ system: the diagnosis has been updated with the brake pad wear reset function and the complete configuration of the AUX4 for this optional.
DEVELOPMENTS FOR SOUTH AMERICA
Mercedes Axor Brazil
All the new variants for the FR vehicle-engine adjustment system have been developed.
Mercedes BUS Brazil
The activations for the instrument panel system have been developed for the Eu 5 versions.
DEVELOPMENTS FOR NORTH AMERICA
Detroit Engines EPA07-10
The diagnosis for engines with DPF has been developed.
Detroit OLD Engines EPA 98
Other 30 adjustments have been developed.
Mercedes-Detroit Nord America EPA98
89 new adjustments have been developed.
The Special Parameterizations have been developed.
Complete diagnosis for the entire range of NaviStar and Maxxforce engines. The diagnosis of the cabin module has been developed.
ISUZU and GMC
The diagnosis of all the series for the North American market (N/W, C, H, F and T), for the years from 1996 to 2015, for the injection, transmission and ABS systems.
The diagnosis of the following systems have been developed: Injection Delphi PMCI EPA10, Injection Delphi PCI EPA13, SCR system Bosch EAS3.
The proprietary system has been updated with new adjustment and configuration functions, as well as the activation test.
Caterpillar (all versions)
Cylinder deactivation has been developed.
NEW ADDITIONS TO DASHBOARD
Interesting new features have also been introduced in IDC4 TRUCK 32 regarding the innovative function DASHBOARD*. Thanks to its captivating graphic design and the dynamic display of engineering parameters, this function provides a much easier and more intuitive understanding of how the systems of a specific vehicle are working:

Automatic transmission: ALLISON j1939 Proprietary Protocol; ALLISON Generations 3 and 4.
Diesel injection: BOSCH EDC 17 CV 41; CUMMINS j1939 CORE 2.
Suspensions: WABCO protocol WABCO; WABCO ECAS CAN 2; Knorr – Bremse ECS 3.
NEW AUTOMATIC CONTROL UNIT SCAN: TGS3s
Another important feature introduced in the update TRUCK 32 is the TGS3s, the extraordinary function that allows you to automatically scan all the control units that can be diagnosed in the vehicle you are working on, in no time at all. Besides carrying out the scan on all the control units, TGS3s also allows you both to view an accurate report of the faults detected, as well as delete them. At the end of the operation the repair technician can also print out the result of the scan to hand over to the customer. TGS3s is available for the makes MAN, VOLVO and RENAULT for the TRUCK category. For light duty vehicles it is available for the models Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Custom.
From version IDC4 TRUCK 32 a new training support function has been introduced for our customers, in order to provide basic training on the various and constantly new applications that characterize the TEXA software. For PC’s, the AXONE 4 and the MULTIPEGASO 2, the new button “IDC4 TRUCK – Basic Instructions” has been added within the TRUCK environment interface, within the section “Documentation”. The contents are in PDF format, with helpful links to explanatory videos that can be consulted via a simple active Internet connection.
THE NEW SOFTWARE FUNCTION "QUICK SUPPORT ": TROUBLESHOOTING
From version IDC4 TRUCK 32 the Quick Support function offers a new support tool for the repair technician: Troubleshooting. This function allows you to create a zip file containing a series of information relative to the tool and the software used, essential for the TEXA assistance service to help you solve any problem you may encounter, information such as: System Information Report, folder LOG IDC4, DxDiag, Export of Tkey (Hasp key). The zip file, when required, can later be sent via email to the TEXA assistance in order to verify certain information relative to the situation at hand. The Troubleshooting icon can be found within the Settings menu.
