DIAGNOSTINĖS PROGRAMINĖS ĮRANGOS IDC4 TRUCK 34 ATNAUJINIMAS
IDC4 TRUCK 34 is the fifth update of 2014 related to the TEXA diagnostic environment dedicated to Trucks, Buses, Light Commercial Vehicles, Trailers and Semi-trailers and Powertrain.
The contents of this version are very important both from a quantitative and qualitative point of view and they confirm the trend TEXA followed this year, that is more frequent releases maintaining a high level of diagnostic contents.
The update to the new vehicles equipped with Euro6 Truck and Bus engine types on the European market, as for the same EPA13 vehicles used in the North American market, continues.
Even in this version 34, the Light Commercial Vehicles and Trailers categories have been developed as far as coverage and qualitative level of the single diagnostic procedures is concerned.
The extraordinary functions that have gradually been distinguishing and identifying TEXA's software solution in relation to its competitors, such as DASHBOARD, TGS3s, ScanVin, Wiring Diagrams, Vehicle Check Up, supporting Info and many more, have been enhanced further even in this version.
The extraordinary qualitative level of IDC4 TRUCK was confirmed in the last edition of Automechanika in Frankfurt during which TEXA was awarded with the “BESTE PROFI WERKSTATT-MARKE 2014” prize thanks to the votes of German workshops. This prestigious prize is an extra reason to continue increasing the level of customer satisfaction by strengthening the partnership between TEXA and the multi-brand Truck workshops.
Following are only a few of the most important new diagnostic features in IDC4 TRUCK 34, dedicated to the most important makes in the industry:
FH4 Euro6: Complete OEM Vehicle Check Up. Diagnosis with reading and error clearing for all the systems and the reading of the Engineering Parameters for the Injection system. Exhaust gas after-treatment, Braking System and Transmission.
FH and FM Euro5: special parameterisations have been added for the Suspensions and TPMS of the vehicles up to EEV. Errors and Help of all the systems have been updated.
TGX, TGM and TGL Euro6: new EDC17 Diesel Injection System for the variants of the different Euro6 engines. All the systems for the platform of Euro6 vehicles, both Power Train and Comfort, have been updated.
TGX Euro5 V8: new Master e Slave injection of the latest versions of the D2868 engine.
TGX, TGM, Euro5 and Euro6: new LGS Lane Guard System.
Ranges T, C, K: new diagnosis for this new platform in the Euro6 series. Functions such as the complete OEM Vehicle Check Up, the diagnosis with reading and error clearing of all the systems have been developed, whereas the reading of the Engineering Parameters has been implemented for the Power Train systems.
Important update of the error list with the connection of new help sheets in all the diagnoses of the main systems for the Euro5 platform, such as DMCI, AsTronic Lite, Immobiliser, Independent heater, VIC3, SWS and ACC. PCI and EAS3 Injection systems: errors and messages have been updated for Euro6 vehicles.
Actros MPIV: new SSAM system, new clutch adjustment in the CPC system, new variants of the ACM, RCM, SCA and SCH, heater, TPM, EIS, VRDU, PSM systems.
Citaro Euro 3: the NR suspension system calibration procedure has been improved even for the 18 metre variants.
Sprinter 906 with OM642 engine: the new CDI60 engine control system has been developed and the ABS error help sheets updated.
The OEM Vehicle Check Up has been developed for the new EVV variants with new equipment.
Doblò 1.6: the particulate filter regeneration on EDC17 C49 has been added.
Ducato X250 3.0MJ: the injection system has been updated.
Jumpy 3 (G9): adjustments have been added.
Expert (G9): adjustments have been added.
The ABS Bosch 8.1 errors have been updated.
New 2.5 TCI injection equipped by the HR model.
The THERMO 300 system has been updated.
KNORR BREMSE: EBS G2, Start up updated.
WABCO: TEBS E, errors and related help sheets have been updated and improved; management of the new VERSION 4 has been implemented.
NORTH AMERICAN VEHICLES
DETROIT DIESEL ENGINE EPA04: THE AUTOMATIC CYLINDER DEACTIVATION HAS BEEN: the automatic cylinder deactivation has been added.
DETROIT DIESEL ENGINE EPA07: new variants for the 2009 engines have been developed. The Particulate filter Static regeneration has been added.
DETROIT DIESEL ENGINE EPA10/13: the new 2010 and 2014 control unit variants have been added.
VOLVO TRUCK 2013 OBDII: Complete OEM Vehicle Check Up. Diagnosis with reading and error clearing for all the systems and the reading of the Engineering Parameters for the Injection system, Exhaust gas after-treatment, Braking System and Transmission.
MACK NEW GENERATION OBDII: new diagnosis for this new platform in the Euro6 series. Functions such as the complete OEM Vehicle Check Up, the diagnosis with reading and error clearing of all the systems have been developed, whereas the reading of the Engineering Parameters has been implemented for the Power Train systems.
PACCAR: the PCI and DEF EAS3 engine control system has been updated with new functions.
KENWORTH: errors and messages have been updated on the Injection system and Exhaust gas after-treatment.
ISUZU: EPA 10-13 Injection system, new Adjustments, among which the Speed Limiter Setting and the Injector Coding, have been implemented.
